This policy explains how MAROAUTO Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data in connection with the Louvre Crypto Services.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

  • Identity & KYC: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, address, ID document, verification photo/selfie.
  • Contact details: email, phone, country of residence.
  • Financial & transactional data: IBAN, order history, amounts, crypto-wallet addresses.
  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, connection logs, cookies.
  • Compliance data: sanctions/PEP screening results, any reports.

4. Recipients

Your data may be shared with: KYC/AML verification providers, payment and banking service providers, hosting and IT providers, advisers, and competent authorities (tax administration, supervisory and judicial authorities) where required by law. Our processors are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

We favour hosting and processing within the EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA is framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

6. Retention periods

  • KYC and transactional data: kept for the duration of the relationship then archived in line with AML/CFT obligations (generally several years after the end of the relationship).
  • Accounting data: for the applicable legal periods.
  • Measurement cookies: for a limited period stated in the cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. These rights can be exercised with support@louvre-crypto.com. Some requests may be limited by our legal obligations (in particular AML/CFT). You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (UODO) or the authority of your country of residence.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption, access control, logging, environment separation, cold storage of crypto-assets and monitoring. As no system is infallible, we invite you to protect your credentials.
